The artwork is sent as a jpeg image at 400dpi to your email account. You can print your artwork into Poster format, frame it and then hang on your wall. Sunday: 7.30 pm UK GMT: An Awakened Meditative Writing & Art Class The session is usually between 1 hr 30 mins to 2 hrs. ------- Suitable for anyone OPEN to a tutor-led, therapeutic, and relaxed experience that supports Creativity, Mindfulness, and Self-expression -------- Step-by-Step, easy to follow instructions. Experience the flow of energy in creative Zenlike art and creative writing. You'll be able to self-explore with intuitive writing in a meditative space. Some benefits you may experience are overcoming self-doubt and perfectionism in your drawing and learning to stay within the present flow. We highly RECOMMEND beginners join and even though more practised. You will be led into short mini meditative activities as exercises that includes writing, drawing, and colouring. Attend with an open heart, a willingness to explore and you'll have a wonderful time! --------- Importance of Being Earlier, or... on Time --------- Specific instructions will be provided at the start of the class and to avoid missing these vital instructions try to be early or at best, on time. I won't have the luxury to type and explain the instructions to you whilst also teaching the group. --------- Materials: --------- A black ink fine-liner pen, such as a Staedtler 0.8 mm, or black biro, a pencil, paper, and colouring supplies. ------- If You're Late ------ The room may be closed 5 mins after the start time or that you may be kept in the waiting room until the exercise has been completed. Once you are permitted into the room and you find it too challenging to continue after missing the initial instructions, no refunds will be provided. We ask to avoid this please arrive on time. It saves any anxiety on both ends. For best experience, please join via a desktop PC, laptop, or iPad (mobile phones are unsuitable). We kindly ask that you arrive early. The Portrait of Spirit: Booking, and Cancellation Policies Booking Policy Availability: All courses, workshops, and mentorship sessions are available for booking on a first-come, first-served basis. Bookings can be made via my website at any time or sending an email to spiritualstars@gmail.com if you have any prior questions. Booking Confirmation: Upon successful booking, students will receive a confirmation and zoom links email at least 5 days prior. Please ensure that the contact details provided are accurate to receive all communications. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking or where allocated deposits may be paid for any courses, workshops where indicated. Payments can be made through my secure online payment system. Prerequisites: Some courses or workshops may have prerequisites. These will be clearly stated in the course description. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure they meet any prerequisites before booking. Cancellation Policy Cancellation by Student: Students may cancel their booking and receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee up to 30 days prior to the start of the event. Less than 30 days before the start date: No refunds will be issued. Cancellations must be made in writing to spiritualstars@gmail.com. Some services will not provide a refund beyond 48 hours of payment made. Cancellation by The Portrait of Spirit: If a course, workshop, or mentorship session is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be notified as soon as possible. Students will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer their booking to another available session of their choice. General Policies Changes to Policies: The Portrait of Spirit reserves the right to amend these policies at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website and email notifications. Code of Conduct: All students are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during courses, workshops, and mentorship sessions. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the session without a refund. Liability: The Portrait of Spirit is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage that occurs during any course, workshop, or mentorship session. By booking a course, workshop, or mentorship session with The Portrait of Spirit, you agree to comply with the above policies.
